Where can I find out about survivors and victims?

The Office of Victims of Crime has established a hotline at 1-800-331-0075 to leave contact information to get more details about victims and survivors.

September 11, 2001 Victims is a site that compiles the latest lists of victims. USA Today published a partial list of people known to have died in the Washington, D.C. and New York disasters. The Washington Post set up searchable databases of known victims at the Pentagon. You can send pictures of people missing in the World Trade Center to CNN.com or WNBC for publishing in online memorials.

For victims at the Pentagon and in New York City, see Families of Victims. For victims of the four planes involved, see Airline Information. For World Trade Center victims, see World Trade Center Tenant Updates.

Many bulletin boards have been set up for friends and relatives to contact survivors of the disasters.
