You can send an e-mail to U.S. troops abroad at a special site set up by the Navy. You can also read messages that have already been submitted.
The traditional military letter-writing campaign, called "Operation Dear Abby," has been suspended due to concerns about mail delivery. The Navy set up this secure site so that Americans can still send holiday greetings to servicemen and women stationed overseas.
