UNICEF
The United Nations Children Fund, also known as UNICEF, has advocated for children's rights for more than 50 years. UNICEF works in 161 countries and territories, helping to establish adequate health care and education for children. The organization responds to humanitarian emergencies and current programs include global immunization against polio and fighting the spread of HIV/AIDS. UNICEF publishes yearly reports, the State of the World's Children, which describes solutions for the problems many children face.
