World Vision
As a global Christian non-profit organization, World Vision helps families, children and communities suffering from poverty and inequality. Dr. Bob Pierce founded World Vision in 1950 as a way to aid orphaned children in the Korean War. The organization, which works in approximately 100 countries, now helps people in need with programs such as child sponsorships, vocational and agricultural training, general and disaster relief and more.
