Armed Services YMCA of the USA
The Armed Services YMCA provides support to military service members and their families, most notably the enlisted men on the front lines. By partnering with the Department of Defence, the ASYMCA offers a variety of programs, including child care, hospital assistance and spouse support services, to families on military bases. The organization is self-funded through individual donations, corporate contributions and a standing endowment, according to its Web site.
